TERMS AND CONDITIONS - PLEASE READ

Al-Safar Travel Incorporated, as the Hajj Group tour operator, organizes the full hajj program for the group and coordinates with the concerned authority in making arrangements for the hajj visa, airlines, hotels, tents, buses, foods, & other services in connection with the Hajj Group but responsibilities are limited. Al-Safar Travel Incorporated, acts as an agent for the hajj passengers in all matters relating to hajj travels.

Al-Safar Travel Incorporated shall not be responsible or liable for any damage, death, loss or injury, or accident to persons and property, but not limited with the above services resulting directly or indirectly from my occurrence or conditions beyond their control, included but not limited to: defects and breakdown or substitution of equipment, strikes, theft, acts of Government or other Authorities, War, Terrorism, Riots, Fire, or as a result of Natural Disasters. Al-Safar Travel Incorporated will not be responsible or liable for any inconvenience and damage due to failure in following instructions including: baggage handling, checking in and out at Airports, missing any part of the package, missing persons due to their negligence or delay at time during Hajj tour, or due to improper visa documents and passport. Hajj Visa(s) are under control of the Saudi Hajj Ministry. No refund will be given for any services rendered and not utilized. Reservation should be made with a package price payment as schedule. A valid passport is due at the time of final payment and all other Hajj required documents are due on the 15th of June 2016. Passengers' package payment will be refunded, minus $300 administration fee only if cancellation is received in writing 90 days prior to departure. No refund will be provided if we receive the cancellation notice less than 60 days prior to the departure date without any exceptions.

I have read the Disclaimer of Al-Safar Travel Incorporated. Airfare cancellations and/or changes are subject to the specific airline terms and conditions. By completing a reservation, I am completely in agreement with the above terms and conditions. I also completely agree to follow all rules and disciplines in accordance with Islam and the local government and authorities.
